Blaisantvest, Ghent

The Blaisantvest project is a mixed residential-retail project ideally located close to the Ghent city centre. It consists of 80 apartments and 50 student flats opposite a new park that will create an oasis of tranquility in this vibrant city. The other side of the project will have a remarkable view over Ghent’s beautiful skyline. The ground floor level will be dedicated to retail, partially occupied by supermarket and a bank. The project offers 150 underground parking bays. The project is scheduled to be completed in 2013.
